Returns (US + Canada)

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at Orders@mareamarea.com. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure a size exchange is to schedule a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new size. All exchanges include complimentary shipping both ways.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the return shipping fee. No Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted outside of the US & Canada at this time.

International

We do not accept returns or exchanges of international shipments. In unique circumstances we do offer site credit. Please contact us at Orders@mareamarea.com with you order # and corresponding email address.
